All carriers must check in no later than 4:00PM on Thursday, September 24, 2026, or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, 7 business day standard ground service, at exhibitor expense.

Each 10'x10' booth includes:

  • 8'H Gray Draped backwall
  • 3'H Gray Draped sidewall
  • (1) 6' Skirted Table
  • (2) Side Chairs
  • (1) Wastebasket
  • (1) Exhibitor ID Sign

Carpet Color: Exhibit Hall and ALL booth spaces will be carpeted in Gray.

Additional Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Friday, August 14, 2026 and Friday, September 11, 2026.

Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on Material Handling & Shipping in the submenu bar.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.

Direct Shipments

IMPORTANT:

NO DELIVERIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE HARD ROCK HOTEL AND CASINO.

All shipments from any carrier (NO EXCEPTIONS) will NOT be accepted directly at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City and must be shipped to the advance warehouse. Any direct to show site shipment(s) from these these carriers will be returned to sender or a re-route will be requested to have the shipment(s) unloaded at the advanced warehouse at the exhibitors' expense. Additional Direct Shipment Information

NO shipments will be accepted on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

 Only personally owned vehicles will be allowed to unload during exhibitor move-in hours.
